Project Description:
Nova Pixel Media is expanding its YouTube team and looking for a creative scriptwriter who understands how to craft compelling narratives for the platform. This role involves writing 4 to 6 scripts per month that blend informative tech content with an entertaining tone. Writers should be comfortable working from loose briefs or bullet-point outlines and should be able to research and deliver original, accurate content written in a natural, viewer-friendly voice.

Core Responsibilities:

• Write original YouTube scripts based on provided outlines or topics

• Conduct brief research on current trends, product specs, or tech news

• Collaborate with video editors and producers for script flow and timing

• Adapt tone to match various series formats within the channel

• Revise scripts based on feedback and performance metrics

Expected Deliverables:

• 4–6 finalized YouTube scripts per month

• Each script: 800–1200 words

• Submission in Google Docs format with version history enabled

• Proper structuring for YouTube pacing (hooks, CTAs, smooth transitions)

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content or script writing

• Familiarity with tech or digital products is a strong asset

• Proven ability to write engaging content for video platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Media, Journalism, Communications, or similar

• Knowledge of YouTube SEO or scripting for audience retention

• Experience with narrative-driven content or documentary-style writing

Tools / Platforms to Be Used:
