Project Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support end-to-end store management including listing optimization, competitor tracking, order coordination, and handling basic customer inquiries. Your contribution will play a key role in improving conversion rates, store ratings, and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct product and keyword research using marketplace analytics tools
Create and optimize Amazon and eBay product listings with compelling copy and accurate data
Track, process, and confirm order fulfillment in a timely manner
Monitor competitor pricing and update listings accordingly
