Project Description:
Nova Retail Group is expanding its product line and presence across Amazon and eBay platforms. We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support end-to-end store management including listing optimization, competitor tracking, order coordination, and handling basic customer inquiries. Your contribution will play a key role in improving conversion rates, store ratings, and operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct product and keyword research using marketplace analytics tools

• Create and optimize Amazon and eBay product listings with compelling copy and accurate data

• Track, process, and confirm order fulfillment in a timely manner

• Monitor competitor pricing and update listings accordingly

• Manage basic customer service queries with professionalism

• Run weekly performance reports on product trends, inventory levels, and reviews

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners when required

Expected Deliverables:

• 10–20 optimized listings per week

• Weekly competitor insights and reports

• Timely response to customer messages within 12 hours

• Accurate product tagging and category placements

• Ongoing listing revisions based on performance data

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon or eBay stores

• Hands-on knowledge of Seller Central and Seller Hub

• Prior experience handling customer communications on e-commerce platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Zik Analytics

• Certificate or training in e-commerce or marketplace optimization

• Experience with Shopify or Walmart Marketplace is a plus
